When you've missed eight hours of sleep
You don't want to go too deep

If I made you feel too tired
I would quickly be retired
I start slow, with a smiling face

Then suddenly increase the pace
As if we're all in one fun race
Then slow down, decrease the pace
Breathe slowly, watch my smiling face

I'm the trainer you can trust
When other teachers throw up dust
Follow me and dance with me
I will give you energy

Best of all it's fun and free
Watch my steps and watch my face
You'll always do your best for me
I will give you energy.
